Important Information

Cancellation Policy

We offer a 100% refund for any cancellations made 48 hours or more in advance. Within 48 hours, cancellations are issued as store credit valid for 12 months.

Experience Requirement

IMPORTANT: All renters must have prior experience operating a scooter or motorcycle. No instruction is provided at delivery. For safety, reservations may be canceled if the renter shows hesitation.

Gasoline & Refills

All rentals are subject to a one-time $5 charge for gasoline. You do not need to worry about refilling the tank before we pick up the equipment.

Road Assistance

We provide full road assistance from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM daily. If you have any trouble during your island stay, we are just a phone call away.
