Cancellation Policy

We offer a 100% refund for any cancellations made 48 hours or more in advance. Within 48 hours, cancellations are issued as store credit valid for 12 months.

Experience Requirement

IMPORTANT: All renters must have prior experience operating a scooter. No instruction is provided. For safety, reservations may be canceled if the operator shows hesitation.

Gasoline Policy

A one-time $5 charge for gasoline is included. You do not need to worry about refilling the tank before returning the scooter at the end of your port visit.

Location Information

Our Green Street location is a 2–5 minute walk from Mallory Square and Pier B docks. If your ship docks at the outer mole, simply take the city-provided trolley to the downtown drop-off point.
